What do do if the preview image of your tour is not shown correctly in Facebook posts?

Once you insert a tour link in a post on Facebook, the thumbnail image of the tours will be shown. If the thumbnail image is not the one that you see in the tour overview in the main menu of your account, follow the steps below to refresh the thumbnail image on Facebook:

The thumbnail shown on Facebook can be refreshed using the Facebook-Debugger:

Step 1: Log in to your Facebook account.

Step 2: Open the Facebook-Debugger in a separate tap of your browser

Step 3: Under Sharing-Debugger you now fill in the URL of your 360-degree-tour an click Debug

If you now copy the Tour-URL into you post, the correct thumbnail should be shown.
