The AI Floor Plan feature helps turn a 360-degree virtual tour into a clean and simple floor plan automatically.
It gives a clear view of the layout of a property or space, showing how rooms are connected and where everything is. This makes it easier to understand the space, especially for real estate, interior design, or renovation work. There’s no need to draw floor plans manually — the system does it using smart technology.
This feature makes virtual tours more useful and professional by adding a visual map that’s easy to follow.
The AI Floor Plan feature provides a seamless way to turn 360-degree virtual tours into clear, professional floor plans — all within a few simple steps. Here’s how the process typically works:
Submit a Generation Request
To begin, users need to navigate to the AI Floor Plan section and click the Generate button.
Once clicked, the system sends a request to our backend along with the associated 360° tour data.
After a successful submission, a confirmation message will appear, letting the user know the process has started.
📌 Note: Floor plan generation usually takes up to 72 hours to complete.
View the Generated Floor Plan
After the floor plan has been processed, it becomes visible directly in the interface. Users will find the newly generated floor plan displayed in the AI Floor Plan section.
Download or Regenerate the Floor Plan
Once the AI floor plan is available, there are two main actions the user can take:
- By Clicking on the Download Icon on the Image user can Download the image version of the floor plan for personal or professional use.
- By Clicking on the Generate Ai floor plan button the user can Regenerate the floor plan if revisions are required or if the user wants an updated version if the user has a bundle or addons available.
Upload the Floor Plan to the Floor Plan Section
In the final step, users have the option to upload the generated floor plan into the designated Floor Plan section.
The Status Indicators
To help users track their AI Floor Plan usage and progress, the platform provides a Status Summary. Here’s what each status means:
- Remaining
Indicates how many AI floor plans are left in your current bundle, including any add-ons. This is the total number of requests you can still make. - Requested
Shows the number of floor plan requests that have been submitted but are still being processed. These are in progress. - Completed
Reflects the total number of successful requests. These floor plans are ready and appear in the Generated AI Floor Plan section. - Error
Displays the number of failed requests. These failures do not count against your usage limit. If a request ends in error, the credit is preserved and can be used again.
Tip: Monitoring these statuses helps you stay on top of your floor plan generation workflow and resource usage.
This guided process ensures a smooth experience — from tour to floor plan — using the power of AI and intuitive design.
